VIP ENTERTAINMENT TECHNOLOGIES LTD. ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP AND BOARD CHANGES, WELcomING INDUSTRY EXPERTS

VIP Entertainment Technologies Ltd. has made key changes to its leadership and board of directors, bringing expertise to its team to drive growth and innovation in the i-gaming and digital entertainment sectors.

Leadership appointments

Sunphill ("Phill") Sin has been appointed as chief executive officer (CEO), replacing Randy Jennings. Brian Shin has assumed the role of chief financial officer (CFO), succeeding Theresa Jennings. The company also welcomes Jaesung Lee as its new chief operating officer (COO).

Board of directors update

As part of this transition, Scott Seguin, Pat Barkwell, Hugh Dunleavy and Randy Jennings have stepped down from the board. Mr. Sin, Mr. Shin and Mr. Lee have been appointed as the new directors.

About the new leadership

Sunphill Sin

Mr. Sin is an expert in market expansion and digital strategy for British companies in Asia. He has successfully led entries into the Asian market for global brands such as Allsaints and Rapha, focusing on digitalization and community-driven concepts. Currently serving as COO in IT (information technology) software development, he specializes in social casino platforms and i-gaming. Mr. Sin leverages his deep understanding of Asian markets and global regulations to bridge opportunities between Western and Asian businesses.

Brian Shin

Mr. Shin specializes in providing financial reporting, M&A (mergers and acquisitions), IPO (initial public offering), corporate turnover, and other accounting and consulting services to both public and private companies in various industries. Mr. Shin holds the professional designation of chartered professional accountant (CPA) in British Columbia. Mr. Shin worked as a consultant, focusing on developing corporate strategy for mid-sized to large-sized companies as well as risk management for first-tier financial companies in South Korea. Additionally, he served as an auditor, conducting audits for internationally financed companies in Hong Kong. Currently, Mr. Shin holds the position of chief financial officer for several public and private companies in Canada. Mr. Shin boasts extensive experience spanning approximately 15 years, serving in roles ranging from consultant to auditor, controller and chief financial officer. His expertise encompasses diverse industries across multiple countries, including Canada, Hong Kong and South Korea.

Jaesung Lee

Mr. Lee, currently serving as CEO of another company, CANDi CODE, has driven the development of the Crush gaming platform by leveraging his expertise in Web3, HTML5 and AI, successfully securing four billion South Korean won in angel investment.

Previously, as the developer of Rock N Cash Casino Slots, he led the game's successful expansion into the North American market. With extensive experience in the North American market and advanced development skills in the social casino sector, Mr. Lee continues to spearhead the creation of innovative gaming platforms.
